Our dishwasher is too far from our hot water heater. It is one of the new computer controlled units and flashes “C6” after each wash indicating that the h2o is not hot enough.

Is there a small hot water heater that can be installed under the sink to provide it with hot water?

Ariston makes a 1.5 gallon heater that will fit under a kitchen sink. Check a local plumbing supply house or your favorite plumber they should be able to help you. Thursty

yes there are Several HOT WATER BOOSTERS try calling your licensed Master plumber. These boosters come in 220-440 Volts depending on demand (water supply needed) how much heating elements you actually require. You may also look into a return circulation line for your existing HW source..
