I have installed 2 Caroma Tident pans with Caroma Slimline cisterns (recommended).
With the water level set to maximum the full flush does not seem sufficient to flush the bowl clear. Despite numerous investigations of drainage lines etc the problem seems to be a bad design fault.
This problem has been ongoing for 4 months. Has anyone got any suggestions or experienced any similar complaints?
I am most dissappointed with the Caroma product. -
Have you checked the flushing rim to see if holes are open. Take a 5 gal. bucket of water and dump in bowl and see if it flushes.
