i have a problem were the hw coming from the hw tank flows through my kitchen on into the bathroom. the hot water pressure in the bathroom is fine and dandy but the hw pressure in the kitchen tap is very low.i have replaced all pipes/fittings and even new taps but cannot rectify this problem. any advice on this would be much appreciated.

3 things could cause that
Some dirt in stop under sink
some thing in tube to faucet
Your areater on faucet needs cleanning
Take off areater and see if you have more water, if not take tube loose from faucet and turn on stop and run in bucket see if you have more water if so then trouble is in faucet.
