About a year ago I purchase a glacier bay tub and shower set. It has two handles, one for on and off the other for hot and cold. When initially install with a tub surround it worked fine, however recently I decided to remove the surround and tile. After tiling I replaced the handles, but I can’t get it to work. The on/off handle works but the hot/cold handle will only let cold water through, when turned to hot it turns off. What am I doing wrong?

Some of those valves are tricky putting back. I need name of valve or go to http://www.plumbingpartsdepot.com and put name in and they show you how valve is put together, if you dont know name go there and check out 3 handle valves. I went there and there are 4 or 5 different ones show you how it goes back.
