I have just installed a CandyC4100 Dishwasher. The water is entering the machine and draing without problems. The arms spin freely when the machine is open, however they don’t seem to be moving when the door is closed! The machine is heating up without problem and is full of red hot steam, but the dishwasher arms aren’t opening the drawer containg the tablet and therefore not washing the dishes. Aaaargh, please can anyone advise?

Inspect the unit closely to see if you removed all the styrofoam blocks to stabilize unit and packing tape to hold all interior parts from moving.

Its bran new call the co. it has a ! yr. warranty on it.
