There seems to be a thin metal bar that is broken about 6 inches down in my bathroom sink drain which makes the plug fall all the way down and get stuck. Is this something that I can fix myself?

Thats the rod that holds up and opens your popup, either have to by a new rod are a new PO plug, I will try to send you a pic. of the pop up, if not send me your e-mail add. and i will send it to you. If you dont get it tonigh e-mail me.
