We have replaced the hot water heater and the recirculating pump within the past 2 weeks after losing hot water to only half the house. We now have hot water for only 1 minute and then it becomes cool. This is happening in the whole house now. The 2 plumbers we had out are baffled. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

Sounds like the circulating pump is in backwards, check it out, are all the valves open, heaters refill tube might not be in there on CW side, check it out.
