      Plumber ran two hot and two cold outlets under kitchen sink.One line hot to dishwasher other for the sink.Cold side has one line for sink and the other was used for ice maker.Hot water flows great,cold almost nothing.Changed faucets and still the same.This is new construction,but an add-on and the kitchen is upstairs.

      After removing the supply line from the angle stop a piece of solder the size of the inlet fell out. It was clogging the line.Thanks masterplumbers.
