Poor water pressure.

        This started on Sunday. When we first turn on the tap – the pressure is extremely low. If you let the water run for about a minutes the pressure kick up to normal and the pressure guage on the tank reads 42psi.

        We are getting out water from a lake using a submersable pump and a captive air tank.

        I do not know much about plumbing so if someone could give me some insight before I place a serivce call I would really appreciate it.

          Check the line from the pressure switch to the head of pump; most likely dirt and debris is causing the restriction, not sending a clear signal to the switch to open up immediately.
