water heater isn’t heating water

      I was turning off the water heater by switching off the circuit breaker but now the water isn’t hot. The heater is only 8 mos. old. Did I do something to the water heater or to the circuit breaker.

      Check your heating elements at heater and see if you got el. might have blew the elements.
