I have low waterr pressure in my hot water lines in the whole house. Water pressure in cold side is fine. What can I do to check the system and then to fix the problem.

check all the areaters on your faucets, then go to Wh and check the main valve, take it apart and see if it is not limed up. open drain on WH and see if you have pressure there if so then your HW lines are starting to lime up, cut a pieceof pipe out in HW line and see how it looks, how old is house and what material is your water pipes.
