We recently moved into a new home and have noticed that it takes several minutes to get hotwater at some faucets. The company that installed the plumbing in the house said it is normal to take 2 -3 minutes to get hotwater. We installed a Autocirc hot water circulating pump, but it doesn’t seem to work as well as it should and it doesn’t help with other faucets throughout the house.

Can you recommend another type of pump or a solution that may help get hot water to all faucets?

If the pump is on a timer make sure it is set to turn on and off at the correct times also the piping going to the pump must be purged of any air or it won’t work correctly.
