hot/cold are reversed – mixit valve in shower

Hi There,

I replaced the valve a month ago and ever since the h/c has been reversed… I know it’s a mixit valve (per Ace Hardware)… I pulled it out and turned it 180 degrees and that did not fix the problem… any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!!

If it worked okay before, the new one is the culprit, and it is in reverse. Take assembly apart and check to make sure it is in correctly, or take the part back and get another one.
