hi – recently changed our hot water tank (40 gal) with another of the same size. Since changing it we have low pressure for cold and hot water in one of our bathrooms.

When the tank was replaced I also replaced the flexible pipes – different type of pipes (the alumimum braid type instead of the copper ones) but same internal size.

The pressure seems like an air pocket in the pipes somewhere as it can vary, but repeated tries to drain and then repressure the system have done nothing. Meanwhile all the other rooms are fine.

        any suggestions?
        thanks,

If you had good WP in the bathroom fixtures before the heater change, you may have dislofged debris into the line that plugged up the faucet areator-strainers in the bathroom. Clean these.
