        After being on vacation for a month the shower had no use. Upon returning the water comes out of shower head at half the amount. The other half runs from the faucet. What is he repair process? Thanks

          If the diverter is in the tub spout (tub spout diverter) you could just replace the tub spout with a matching one.

          If you have a diverter assembly that is part of the faucet you can take it apart and clean it and/or replace parts as needed so it works right.
