        I have replaced upper and lower elements and both thermostats, adjusted water temp. up and still have too little hot water (30gal tank) for a house with one male occupant. What next?

          Might have a defective dip tube in the water heater. Have a licensed plumber determine if this is the reason for the problem.

            Did you clean out sediment in bottom of heater. Check the therastats on the heater.
