Foul bathroom smell

Have just brought a new apartment. Every morning the bathroom is filled with a really foul, strong, sulphurous odour. Can´t pinpoint the smell to either the toilet, sink or bath. There is a ventilation outlet set in the ceiling, could this smell be coming through that from another apartment in the building? What can I do?

pour bleach down all of the drains, see if this helps

If its a new apartment, Could be grout in the floor waste. Tilers are lazy bastards and wash their grout down the floor waste. You end up with a rough surface that bacteria can grow on. Break up the grout and flush it out. Drop some chlorine in the pipe and that should fix it
