Fixing up an old house, I put an e. wtr htr. in a utility closet next to the bathroom. I took a hot and cold lead off of the bath sink pipes to supply the water heater. Everything in the house works great includng hot water to all hot faucets EXCEPT I now have NO water..hot or cold to the bathroom sink. I had cold until I hooked up and filled the wtr htr tank….I’M BAFFLED. Can anyone help?….Many thanks [email protected]

You dont connect WH like that. Off your main line you run a 3/4″ CW to WH and take off 3/4″ HW from WH and branch to each fix. you are robbing all the water from tub to WH. When no fix. are being used do you have water at the tub.
