        can anybody out there help. Ihave been told I have to replace my toilet system because one of the valves on the pan is not working. The problem I have is that when flushing the loo the incoming water fill up the pan faster than it can drain away.
        Is the loo useless or is there a way to check out the valves?
        Can anybody explain what a siphonis pan is?

          What ever you are talking about, turn the valve down so there is not to much water comming in.

            LOL. I am with ya on that one Retired Plumber. I read it and can’t make out the lingo on that one.
