I have a second floor toilet that just started filling very slowly, flushing too. The rest of the the second floor bathrooms work just fine. Yes ,I did check the shut off valve. Any theory? Just need to be snaked?

Sounds like dirt reached the fill valve in the toilet.

Take fill valve apart and clean and reinstall; this possibly will correct the problem.

If this doesn’t work, replace fill valve for under $10 to correct problem.

Make sure that the valve you shut off is not the culprit, take water supply off from fill valve and check to make sure that water is full force from the supply line.
