We had a new well drilled and a pitless adapter installed. The bad thing is that when we turned on the pump, the pitless adapter was leaking like crazy! We pulled it out and tried to reseat it several times. It feels like it is not locking in place. Any ideas on what steps to take now before we start digging again?

No need to reply to this posting as we dug down and replaced the pitless adapter. The one we had originally installed did not seat completely.
