1 year old Rural Home – Pressure Pump – When Pressure Switch cuts off on reaching 70 psi, there is a clatter/chatter in the system…not present before… getting louder… especially irksome in wee hours when lawn watering taking place & pump cycles regularly..have checked pipe clamps…all tight.
Any suggestions appreciated!

Sounds maybe like check valve is bouncing off of reverberation of bladder tank?
That is a pure guess on my part; need more info to better diagnose your situation.
