I want to move my shower from one side of our bathroom to the other. Is that easier than moving a toilet? All the plumbing is on one wall, and will remain that way regardless of what gets moved. I would prefer to move the shower. It is a one level ranch style home that rests on a slab on grade. the new location of the shower has no plumbing roughed in, but it is rather close to the existing toilet.

        ___- wall
        X-new shower
        T-toilet

        SH- current shower

Thanks for any advice you may offer.

You can move it, can you use same drain this extend it and vent it. you cant use water closet bend from toilet as a connection, either extend shower drain and vent it are connect pipe below toilet connection.
