        hi all.
small (big?) problem…when I run the hot water in my kitchen, it runs fine then cuts to about 20%…I crank the tap open more, it comes back to full power then it drops again to the same 20%…
        what’s going on?
        thanks all,
        Marc in sunny Vancouver

Sounds like a new faucet, or a new faucet washer just installed with the rubber expanding when the temperature changes as it passes the washer.

This is only temporary till the seat tempers over time.

You open it wide open that should quit.

Sounds like you might have a loose washer washer or a washer that has came off of the stem
