All of the sudden no water pressure….

I have 2 showers in my home and one of them has plenty of water pressure, but the other one doesn’t. This happened all of the sudden. There is not a leak outside or anywhere that we can find. This low water pressure affects the hot and cold water whether it comes out of the shower head or faucet. Please help. Thanks,

Is your shower head limed up. Take it off and see if you get a lot of water, if not your sh. valve needs new parts are cleanning. If you get water with head off then soak it in vinegar over night are use some scum dissoliving cleaner.
