Building a granite tile kitchen sink – membrane drain/garbage disposal

Would like to build a granite tile kitchen sink to match the granite tile countertops. Trying to use typical mud set shower pan construction method but can’t find a membrane drain that will accept a garbage disposer.
Do they make such a thing? Surely some of these luxury homes must have custom sinks such as this?
