I have a one handled faucet and it has sluggish pressure. This is true for both hot and cold. The aerator screen is clear. It also takes a while for hot water to come out. I have to run it.

Could this be the faucet itself? Pressure is fine elsewhere (including the exterior faucet right outside the kitches window). Thanks!

Since you said areater is clean then ether you have some thing in lines are you have to put new parts in the faucet. If you have stops under the sink turn off water and take stem out and have some one turn on water have a bucet there for the water. If that is okay then the trouble is in the faucet.
