We have a low producing well, I’m looking to install a water storage tank to supply water to the home. Questions, Should the tank be placed before the pressure tank or after? What type of water shut off can be purchased once tank is full? What type of secondary pump is needed to supply water pressure to the house?

If you have a low recovery well, where does the water come from to fill this extra tank? Or, how do you intend to control the pumping of the water into it so the pump doesn’t suck air?
Wha tis the recovery rate?
How deep is the pump?
What diameter is the well?
How far down to the static water level?
