i have a pedestal sink from 1910,the holes for the faucets are3/4 inch and the new faucets are an inch and a half.is there any way to enlarge the holes to fit these new fittings on them.The sink is porcelain on cast and is two inches thick.Anyone who could help me with some direction with this sink would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you have to drill are get the holes drilled bigger, thats it. are get different faucet.
