the toilet flushes (I just replaced everything), but the bowl doesn’t compeletely empty and you don’t hear that suctiony “swish” sound at the end of the flush. What have I done wrong?

First check the water level in tank make sure it is up to mark
2 Check and see if flapper stays open long enough for a complete flush.
3 Check holes in flushing rim
4 If you have jet hole at bottom of bowl make sure that is clean.
5 Take 5 gal. bucket water and dump in bowl and see if it does the job, if so then you have to do the mat. of bowl.
