Neighbor bought a condo next to me yesterday. She tried the shower and water was cold. I took a peek and found hot water is everywhere else, but not in the shower. The faucet is a single faucet with one control (left hot, right cold). The pressure seems to be stationary when switching from hot to cold. Could this be the faucet itself? Or perhaps someting else.. Thanks in advance for any help..Jim

Need to clean it out and replace parts.

Sounds like the balancing spool is not working properly.Might be stuck from not being used for awhile.
