I have a puddle of water forming on the bathroom floor downstairs when the upstairs bathroom shower is used. The ceiling in the first floor bathroom has been damaged from the water leaking. I have checked the shower connection from the water pipe to the shower head and found no leak. Other possibilities?

It could be where it is caulked are the tile needs regrouting. Are you sure it is the sh. You can take egg dye and dump some in sh. and check below. Plug up drain and fill with water as high as you can and check below for leaks, if none then it must be caulk are grout leak.
