We have a small cabin in Santa Fe, NM. We close up the cabin in October and return in March, draining the pipes on the way out. We plan to buy a washing machine which will need to survive the NM winter. Any suggestions on what brand to buy which we can drain an d not worry about it freezing during the winter (it can get cold!). The washing machine will be on an interior wall in a well-insulated garage but not heated. Thanks for your help. Stu

No matter what brand you buy you will have to drain water hoses and the pump are put something in pump to keep it from freezing some people use window washer fluid you use in your car.
