After the woman upstairs from me takes a shower or maybe even while she does, there’s a loud banging sound coming from my wall. What causes this? How can I fix it? Thanks!

Sounds like the pipes are not secured in wall, maybe no air chambers, and holes in studs might not be big enough when hot water is use the pipes expans and moves in the studs.Hvae to get in wall an see what it is.
