When i flush it looks like the water will go down,but it doesnt all the way and starts to fill up again.I thought it might be pluged but when i used the plunger,some of the toilet water came out my bathtug drain.What the hell is going on?Id appreciate any help.Thank you

It means that your pipe is stopped up below where youe tub connects. Call a cable man.
