My father has a unique problem with his water pressure.
He has plenty in all the house except for the cold side of the bathtub. He has replaced the valves and seals with no help. He has had this problem for about a year and it is getting progressively worse. We built the house about 25 years ago. Any recommendations as to what the problem could be?

Sounds like you have a buildup of lime in the pipe are valve are something in the line blocking the water like a piece of solder.Turn water off and take stem out on CW side and then turn water back on and see how much comes out and then go from there.
