There is no water coming in from the water line. The line is open. The rest of the bathroom has water flow and pressure. I’ve never experienced no water coming in from the line.

Sounds like the inlet valve in the cystern is stuck – give it a light tap and se if it releases if not call in you Plumber to rectify the problem.
