Where I have Poly pressure pipe (male thread) joining Galvanised pipe (Female thread) I get small seeping leaks. I have used thread tape and the galv threads are in good condition. Is there another product/method I can or should be using to seal these connections better or am I missing something??

use a gal nipple and a female Pvc adapter works better.
