I need advice…
I just moved into a townhouse and I came home today there was water on the floor in the bathroom. I saw the water is coming from the base of the toilet. The water is coming from the very bottom of the toilet where the toilet meets the floor. The water comes out of the base of the toilet between the very small gap where the toilet meets the floor.. can anybody give me advice what is happening???? thanks…

Yup allrighty……….it is leaking from the connection joint where the pan connects to the sewer pipe. Get the services of a local plumber to come round and fit the problem properly for ya.
