When I use the sink in the kitchen (cold water) I get a whining noise in one of my bathrooms. When I flush the toilet, it stops. Or when I turn the water valve off (next to the toilet) then back on it stops. What will fix this? Thanks for any help!!

Sounds like you have high water press. in your house, if you have PRV on the water line then turn it down if not maybe you need one, have aPlumber check it out.
