My Moen shower valve only lets HOT water to the tub and shower nozzle. When I rotate the (single) handle through the COLD range, NOTHING comes out, no noise either. When I get to the hot range, progressively more water comes out, but it’s all pure hot. Any idea what’s wrong? How do I dissassemble it? Thanks you in advance-Rich W.

You need some new parts. Go to http://www.plumbingpartsdepot.com http://www.moen.com and they will show you a sketch of the valve and what parts you need. Right now I cant think of part you need.
