WHENEVER ANY WATER IS TURNED ON IN HOUSE FAUCET, WASHER, ETC. I HAVE A CONSTANT RRRRRRRRRR SOUND. IT STOPS WHEN WATER IS TURNED OFF. IT APPEARS TO BE COMING FROM PIPE TO OUTSIDE SPIGOT. ANY SUGGESTIONS [email protected]

sounds like you have a loose washer in one of your valves are faucet, turn the water off at each fix. one at a time until you find it.
