Pilot had to be re-lit 10 times during 3 week period. Problem went away by itself 2 weeks ago. One time, drops of water were noticed on burner and explosion occurred when lit with a torch. Sediment pipe is dry. No water on floor. Joints on vent pipe show no signs of water. Water heater is 2 years old. Any ideas?

Some times the real cold water comming in causes a sweat ing in flue and a little condensate will form.
