When you sweat a T joint, do you do one at a time or heat the whole T up and sweat all three joints and when sweating valves, should you take the top part of the valve off before sweating so you don’t damage the valve?

The sweat valves are made for soldering but dont get it too hot are you will burn solder and valve, solder each part of tee as you go. A pro can solder small tees all at once but dont try it. If you are worried about the valve then take off top.
