My toliet is leaking water from the underside of the tank. There are two screws where I can feel water and see it dripping. Could these screws be rusted out or could the ring (or whatever it’s called) need to be replaced? If so how do I do that? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated…Thanks

There is a rubber washer under the head of the screw, it could be rotted out are loose. Drain water and take screws out and check washer, what ever way you do new sxrews are old I always put a little putty around my washer before I put them in. Go to a search and ask how to install tank are red dir. on new package.
