I’m remodeling my bathroom and need to remove the flange that the toilet sits on.It’s connected to copper pipe(looks to be about 3″)I removed 3 screws from the rim but it’s still connected somehow. Is it sweated on there or what? How do I get it off?

It is sweated on to pipe, if you can get to it from below cut it and put it back with a coupling. If you cant get it from below you will have to heat it with torch and un sweat it, if you have wood floor whtch out not to set house on fire, if you have coc. watch out for it poping up in your face.
