Any ideas – or should I just call a plumber? Thanks. 17 Mar 2003 at 11:25 am #294193 Retired plbg1Participant Is it dragging along side of tank, is it got water in it, if it is none of these then put in new ballcock are call Plumber. 17 Mar 2003 at 11:58 pm #294194 racefanoneParticipant Sounds like the water supply to stool is low.If there is a supply valve under stool, make sure it is open all the way.Supply could be plugged also. 18 Mar 2003 at 4:11 am #294195 nicktheplumberParticipant Or you could trash the ball-float and try one of those Fluidmaster valves, they work great and hardly ever get hung up on the walls of the tank.
