When i flush the toliet, shower, or run the tap for a while, I hear this chugging noise in the waterpipes and it stops immediately when i turn off the water. I have tried shutting off the water supply and releasing the pressure but it didn’t work.

A “chugging” noise is very hard to diagnose over the internet. Could you elaborate? Maybe give us a “swoosh” or “ting, ting”.
The more you complain, the slower I work.
