        have done everything rebuilt toilet from wax seal up cleared the lines nothing blocking them the water wont go down the toilet. water fills up to top of the bowl help please

          Dounds like something in the bowl , is tank filling up to mark, is 1/4″ tube in overflow, and did you clean out holes in flushing rim.
          This is my last reply to questions because I am tired of the 3 clowns running me down, Bozo, Oscar & Jomeister. When they get banned from the site I will be back, so you all take care glad I could help you.
