Our bathtub faucet is leaking hot water from the spout and the knobs won’t turn any tighter. We have a two handle (hot and cold) rotating knob faucet. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds a bit like you have a split or faulty washer on the valve stem seat that is need of replacement and the valve seat reground possibly as well.
Replace the tap seat washer and see how ya go with that first.
